Christmas Bonus (2021) eGift Card T&Cs

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Momentum Life – “Christmas Bonus eGift Card” offer (Offer). By participating, claimants agree to be bound by these conditions.

  2. The Promoter is Momentum Life Limited (NZBN 9429041981658). (“Promoter”).

  3. The Offer commences at 12:00 am on 16 November 2021 and closes at 04:00 pm on 17 December 2021 (“Offer Period”).

  4. This Offer is open only to New Zealand residents who are 18 years or over as at the date the Eligible Product Policy is taken out (“Eligible Customers”).

  5. The Offer is only available in conjunction with the purchase of a Momentum Life Funeral Insurance or Platinum Life Insurance policy during the Offer Period (“Eligible Product”).

  6. The Offer consists of one $50 eGift Card ( after the first three (3) consecutive months of the Eligible Product policy purchased by an Eligible Customer where the Eligibility Requirements in paragraph 7 below are met.

  7. Eligible Customers must meet all of the following eligibility requirements (“Eligibility Requirements”):
    • a) the Eligible Customer must successfully purchase an Eligible Product policy during the Offer Period with Momentum Life;
    • b) the Eligible Product must be current and paid up to date 3 months from the date the first premium payment is made on Eligible Product policy;
    • c) the Eligible Customer must not be an employee of the Promoter or its related companies.

  8. Each new Eligible Product policy purchased during the Offer Period and meets the Eligibility Requirements will receive one (1) $50 eGift Card.

  9. Upon purchase of an Eligible Product policy within the Offer Period, the $50 eGift Card offer will be issued 3 months after the first premium payment for the Eligible Product policy, assuming the policy is still in-force and paid up to date. Further correspondence will to be sent within 30 days of the first 3 months policy anniversary.

  10. Once eligibility for the Offer is confirmed following the first 3 months’ policy anniversary, the $50 eGift Card will be sent to the Eligible Customer’s email address they nominated at the time of purchasing their Eligible Product policy.

  11. Proof of identity, residency and eligibility is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that an Eligible Customer cannot provide suitable proof, they may forfeit the Offer in whole and no substitute will be offered.

  12. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any persons that provides false information or who seeks to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate this Offer.

  13. The eGift Card is not transferable or exchangeable. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting all or any part of the eGift Card is the responsibility of the Eligible Customer or recipient of the eGift Card. Independent financial advice should be sought.

  14. The Eligible Customer should allow up to seven (7) business days from the day the Eligible Customer’s email address has been uploaded by the Promoter to the eGift Card issuer, to receive their $50 eGift Card.

  15. The Promoter will not be responsible for any unused, undelivered, lost or stolen eGift Cards and no replacement will be provided.

  16. If there is any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other material, then these Terms & Conditions will override.
