  • I need to make a claim. What do I do?
    • Firstly, our condolences – we’re sorry that you need to make a claim. It’s undoubtedly a really difficult time.
    • At Momentum Life, you’ll have a dedicated Claims Manager to assist you.
    • To start your claim, please contact us at 0800 108 108 and select option 3 for Claims between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
    • You can also email us at claims@momentumlife.co.nz to notify us about your claim. We’ll guide you through the next steps after asking a few questions.
