Important update for current policies purchased before 14 March 2018
Effective from 21 September 2020, any Momentum Life insurance policy purchased before 14 March 2018 will be re-branded as NZ Cover Direct.
This means that from 21 September 2020, the contact details for your policy will change to:

Please note there is no change to your policy’s terms and conditions, and the insurer of your policy will continue to be Fidelity Life Assurance Company Limited (Fidelity Life).
If you are unsure about when your policy started, please refer to the Acceptance Date on your Policy Schedule.
