What is a Pre-Existing Medical Condition?

Answer:

At any time in the 5 years prior to the Cover Start Date; date of any increase of the Benefit (but only in respect of the increase); or a Policy reinstatement date, a Pre-Existing Medical Condition is any condition, sickness, injury or disability:

Additionally, if the Life Insured suffers a stroke, brain haemorrhage, heart attack or coronary heart disease and passes away or develops a Terminal Illness as a result of any of the below conditions experienced in the five years prior to the Cover Start Date; date of any increase of the Benefit (but only in respect of the increase); or a Policy reinstatement date, it will be considered to be Pre-Existing Medical Condition and no Quick Life Benefit will be paid:
